Quest:- When the site is finished will I be able to buy from it? Answer:- Yes, very much so. We will have a “buy it now” capability and you the customer will be able to browse the site and buy anything from a highland jacket to a crystal glass.
Quest:- Can you make a kilt from scratch and in any tartan? Answer:- No problem, all our “finest” kilts are hand made by our own kiltmakers and in virtually any tartan. If you look at “tartans to buy” it will give you a very good idea the tartans available. We rely very much on word of mouth and our kilts are sold all over the World.
Quest:- Is your hire for one day only? Answer:- No, we like to try and have everything ready two days before the event and returned either one or two days after. For example if the wedding/event was on a Saturday, then we would try for a Thursday pick-up and a Monday return The reason for this is to give everyone a chance to try on and make sure everything is OK, then if there are any changes to be made, they can be done at a leisurely pace as opposed to a mad dash..
Quest :- Why does it look like your site is going to have two different sections ?, a browse section and a purchase section. Answer:- Yes, we have, the idea is to be a bit different. The browse section is where you can go in and muck about back and forth, look at different tartans, various accessories, hires etc. without the fear of hitting the wrong button or accidentally putting something into your basket. Once you have had a look around and you have a good idea of what you’re after, then by all means enter the purchase section, hunt your product out and use the “buy it now” facility.
